On Sunday February 28, I whisked away a lazy Sunday in Princeton, NJ. The town of Princeton is home to more than one of the world's top universities: there's a vibrant restaurant scene, beautiful public art installations, and the sort of urban green spaces that haven't existed since the Revolution. I took advantage of some mild 60 degree weather to take in the sights, sounds, and tastes of the historic town. Special thanks to my friend, Princeton freshman Nick Wu, for the campus tour.

Special mention goes to Teresa Caffe off Palmer Square. Their Sunday brunch menu was delicious. And like any proper Italian eatery, they pull a mean espresso. I recommend the berry French Toast paired with a Cappuccino.
