On the eve of The Revenant (2015), I thought it necessary to revisit Leo's previous most visually-arresting movie, Inception (2010). Directed by Christopher Nolan, "Inception" won both critical acclaim and massive fan following because of its clever, cerebral story. The film is equal parts thriller, race-against-time adventure, and heist flick, able to intertwine genres with the help of breathtaking visuals. And of course, there's the famous ending. It is without a doubt one of the most influential mass-market films of my generation.  

Inspired by Leo's latest venture, one which like Inception generated Oscar nods and cinematographic buzz, I decided to revisit the latter. Though the film is over 5 years old, the imagery of Inception is as stunning as ever. The technocratic near-future that Dominick Cobb and his team inhabit is equal parts gorgeous and unnerving, serene and deadly. To a techwear nerd like me, this movie is a visual feast. Enjoy some inspiration below:
